This page covers the website at ablesh.app - not the AbleSH app itself, which has no cookies at all since it's a native Android application, not a browser-based one. See the Privacy Policy for how the app handles data.
The short version
This website does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, an ad pixel, a session recorder, or any third-party script that profiles or follows visitors. There is nothing here that requires a cookie-consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to - not a loophole, a deliberate choice consistent with how the App itself is built.
What this site does use
The site is a set of static pages served by our hosting provider. Your browser may receive strictly necessary technical data (for example, a security or load-balancing cookie set by the hosting infrastructure itself, not by us) required simply to deliver the page to you. This category is exempt from consent requirements under GDPR/ePrivacy because it is necessary for the service you explicitly requested (loading the page) and is never used to track you across visits or sites.
If that ever changes
If we ever add anything that sets a non-essential cookie - a privacy-respecting analytics tool, for instance - this page will be updated first, and a consent banner will appear before any such cookie is set, with an equally prominent option to decline.
